Resonans - Integritetspolicy

Resonans är ett privat hobbyprojekt. Appen och tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick och efter bästa förmåga (”best effort”). Vi kan inte lämna några garantier om tillgänglighet, drift, riktighet eller att data bevaras, och det finns inget kommersiellt serviceavtal.

Data som stannar på din enhet

Det innehåll du skapar i appen - kortlekar, kort (text, bilder och taggar) samt din repetitionshistorik och dina inställningar - lagras lokalt på din enhet. Om du har iCloud påslaget synkas det till din egen privata iCloud, som är knuten till ditt Apple-konto och som vi inte har tillgång till.

Dina inloggningsuppgifter (din inloggningssession och din Apple-identifierare) sparas säkert i enhetens nyckelring. Ditt kortinnehåll laddas aldrig upp till våra servrar.

Data som skickas till vår server

När du använder vissa funktioner skickas följande till vår server

När du loggar in (Logga in med Apple): ditt namn, din e-postadress om Apple delar den (det kan vara Apples anonyma reläadress), en identifierare från Apple, grundläggande information om din enhet (t.ex. modell) och vilket land du använder appen i.
När du skapar kort med AI: ämnet eller beskrivningen du anger och de val du gör.
När du använder ”Förklara”: texten på det aktuella kortet.
För notiser: en identifierare för din enhet så att vi kan skicka pushnotiser.
Om du verifierar dig med SMS: ditt telefonnummer.

Varför vi behandlar datan

Vi använder uppgifterna för att:

logga in dig och känna igen dig,
skapa de AI-kort och förklaringar du ber om,
skicka de notiser du har valt, och
hålla tjänsten igång och skydda den mot missbruk.

Tredjepartstjänster

Apple - för inloggning (Logga in med Apple), pushnotiser och iCloud-synk av ditt eget innehåll (till din privata iCloud, som vi inte kan läsa).
OpenAI - det du skriver när du genererar kort eller ber om en förklaring skickas till OpenAI, som skapar korten eller förklaringen. Vi sparar inte det innehållet.
En SMS-leverantör - skickar verifieringskoden om du väljer att verifiera dig med SMS.

Appen innehåller ingen annonsering och inga verktyg för spårning, analys eller kraschrapportering.

Telefonnummer

Om du väljer SMS-verifiering används ditt telefonnummer bara för att verifiera dig. Vi sparar det inte i klartext hos oss.

Radera ditt konto

Du kan när som helst radera ditt konto inifrån appen. Då tar vi bort dina personuppgifter (namn, e-postadress, Apple-identifierare med mera). Loggar du in igen skapas ett nytt konto.

Ditt lokala innehåll tar du bort genom att avinstallera appen. Innehåll som synkats till iCloud styr du via dina iCloud-inställningar.

Dina rättigheter

Du kan begära att få tillgång till, rätta eller radera dina uppgifter. Kontakta oss på hello@resonansapp.com så hjälper vi dig efter bästa förmåga (det här är ett hobbyprojekt).

Vi kan komma att uppdatera den här policyn. Datumet högst upp visar när den senast ändrades.

Resonans - Privacy Policy

Resonans is a private hobby project. The app and service are provided as-is and on a best-effort basis. We can make no guarantees about availability, uptime, accuracy, or that data will be preserved, and there is no commercial service agreement.

Data that stays on your device

The content you create in the app - decks, cards (text, images and tags), your review history and your settings - is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, it syncs to your own private iCloud, tied to your Apple account, which we cannot access.

Your sign-in credentials (your login session and your Apple identifier) are stored securely in your device's keychain. Your card content is never uploaded to our servers.

Data sent to our server

When you use certain features, the following is sent to our server

When you sign in (Sign in with Apple): your name, your email address if Apple shares it (this may be Apple's anonymous relay address), an identifier from Apple, basic information about your device (e.g. model) and which country you use the app in.
When you create cards with AI: the topic or description you enter and the choices you make.
When you use “Explain”: the text of the current card.
For notifications: an identifier for your device so we can send push notifications.
If you verify with SMS: your phone number.

Why we process this data

We use the data to:

sign you in and recognise you,
create the AI cards and explanations you ask for,
send the notifications you have chosen, and
keep the service running and protect it from abuse.

Third-party services

Apple - for sign-in (Sign in with Apple), push notifications and iCloud sync of your own content (to your private iCloud, which we cannot read).
OpenAI - what you write when generating cards or asking for an explanation is sent to OpenAI, which creates the cards or explanation. We do not store that content.
An SMS provider - sends the verification code if you choose to verify with SMS.

The app contains no advertising and no tracking, analytics or crash-reporting tools.

Phone number

If you choose SMS verification, your phone number is used only to verify you. We do not store it in plain text.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from within the app at any time. When you do, we remove your personal data (name, email address, Apple identifier and so on). If you sign in again, a new account is created.

You remove your local content by uninstalling the app. Content synced to iCloud is managed through your iCloud settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us at hello@resonansapp.com and we'll help you as best we can (this is a hobby project).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
